3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are considered final only after successful payment.
• We accept payments through [UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.].
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• In case of payment failures, we do not hold responsibility for delays caused by the payment gateway or your bank.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3-7 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.
• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
• We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• We do not accept returns. Only size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
• Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
• Refunds are provided only if you receive a defective or damaged product, after verification by our team.
• Exchange shipping costs (to and fro) must be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

• All images, text, designs, logos, product names, and content on this site are the exclusive property of LILAC by Divi.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
