Return & Exchange Policy
At LILAC by Divi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Eligibility: You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in the same packaging as delivered.
- Size Exchange Only: We currently allow exchange of sizes for the same product. Style or color changes are not permitted.
- No Return on Exchanged Items: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Process
- Raise your exchange request by contacting our support team.
- If pickup is available at your pin code, our courier partner will collect the product. If pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship to our warehouse.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped to you.
Important Notes
- Items purchased as part of combos or discounts will have refund/exchange values adjusted proportionately.
- Prepaid/UPI discounts offered by payment gateways will not be reapplied to exchange orders.
- During pickup, please ensure that only the correct item(s) are handed over. Collecting a pickup receipt from the courier is mandatory as proof.
