At LILAC by Divi, we do not accept order cancellations. However, we do offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges are limited to size changes only — style, color, or product swaps are not permitted.
Fraudulent / Refused Transactions
We reserve the right to monitor user activity to prevent fraud. Accounts engaging in fraudulent behavior may be suspended, and legal action may be taken. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized or fraudulent use of our site.
