Cancellation Policy

At LILAC by Divi, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. We aim to provide as much flexibility as possible when it comes to cancellations.

When Can You Cancel?

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may opt for a size exchange after delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order ID as soon as possible. Since some orders may be shipped within hours of being placed, we encourage you to reach out immediately to avoid disappointment.

Refund Timelines

  • For orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed instantly and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway, but we always initiate the process promptly.

Important Points to Remember

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • If you are uncertain about cancelling, we encourage you to connect with our support team—we’re happy to assist you with product details, sizing, or order modifications before shipping.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will always be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order. Since we do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds via cash are not applicable.
